Processing Times
All orders are handcrafted and prepared in small batches at our apothecaries in Sparta and Cookeville, Tennessee.

Standard processing time: 2–4 business days

Peak seasons or special releases: up to 7 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. - We will contact you if we are out of stock on an item
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, selecting the best option based on weight and destination.

USPS First Class or Priority Mail for most retail orders

UPS Ground for larger packages
Each order includes a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $200 (after discounts, before taxes).
Local Pickup is available at both apothecary locations:

Sparta: 11 Liberty Square, Sparta, TN

Cookeville: 44 S Cedar Avenue, Cookeville, TN
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup email before arriving.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@synergyherbalworks.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the box and affected items so we can process a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Confirm the address on your order.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan early).

Contact us if it’s still missing — we’ll help file a claim or assist with a replacement.
Warm Weather Advisory
In warm months, salves, balms, and other natural products may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality or safety. Allow items to return to room temperature before use.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted herbal preparations, we cannot accept returns once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
