Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted herbal preparations, we do not accept returns for reasons of taste, color, or natural variation in texture. Every batch is slightly unique, reflecting the natural diversity of the plants we work with.

We do accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect or missing products

  • Quality issues identified upon arrival

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@synergyherbalworks.com. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method—whichever best fits the situation.
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase may be canceled for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional product exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost once verified.


Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in quality, please contact us immediately at hello@synergyherbalworks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

We will replace or refund eligible products within 7 days of notification.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or special-order blends

  • Clearance or seasonal items

  • Gift cards


Local Purchases

Items purchased directly at one of our physical apothecary locations (Sparta or Cookeville, TN) must be returned in-store, within 30 days, with the original receipt and packaging for review.  Due to the nature of handcrafted herbal preparations, we do not accept returns for reasons of taste, color, or natural variation in texture.
